New vendors welcomed!
The 2026 season is right around the corner! Last year we saw a tremendous number of new vendors and many familiar faces. The 2026 rules and information are now available for the upcoming year.
If you're interested in being a vendor, please call Edgar at (630) 739-4338 to get registration information.
The rules
Season & hours
Open every Sunday, April 5th – October 25th, 2026, rain or shine. Reserved dealers: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (enter Gate #4). Unreserved dealers: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (enter Gate #2 and check in at the Beer Garden). Gates open to the public at 8:00 AM.
Admission & parking
$6 per car covers everyone in your vehicle, parking included. All vendors and workers must be inside before 8:00 AM — anyone entering the front gate after 8:00 AM pays the $6 entrance fee, no exceptions.
Reserved space rates (2026)
15x20–25: $40/week · 15x38 (600s): $45/week · 15x25 plus parking (100s & 700s): $60/week · parking spot $20 · end spots where you sell on 3 sides: $60/week. A $45 per-space monthly reservation fee holds your spot for the season.
Unreserved space rates (2026)
$65 per space, or $85 for the 100s & 700s (parking included). Weekly payment is required before you sell. Spaces are first-come, first-served, and you will be placed in a different row each week of the month.
Paying your fees
Pay the manager when you drive in — before you set up. Reservation, weekly and storage fees are due on or before the first Sunday of each month. Late payments add a $15 per-space, per-week fee. Office hours: 5 AM–12 PM on the first & last Sunday, 8 AM–12 PM on the other Sundays.
Pre-pay discounts
Pay for the whole year and save 10%. Pay 5 months at once for 8% off, or 3 months for 5% off.
Reserve your spot for 2026
Reservations are taken Saturday March 28th & Sunday March 29th, 8 AM–3 PM both days. Opening day is April 5th. A one-time $10 per-spot photo fee puts your booth on our website (maximum $30 for 3 or more spots). Call or text Edgar at (630) 739-4338.
Setup & selling area
Dealers must be in their space by 7:30 AM. No subletting or sharing of spaces (sheds excepted). Sell only within your rented space — keep merchandise behind the line and aisles clear. Canopies must be weighed down with at least 40-pound weights; never bang posts into the new blacktop ($500 fine).
Merchandise not permitted
No stolen, counterfeit or illegal goods; no homemade foods or drinks, pornographic material, or used mattresses. No selling of dogs, cats, pigs and similar animals. Absolutely no alcohol — only the Beer Palace and Beer Garden may sell beer and water.
Food vendors
Food sellers must obtain and display a current Will County Food Seller's License (630-679-7030) and carry product-liability insurance of at least $300,000 listing Montana Charlie's, Inc. as additional insured. Both must be presented before a spot is assigned.
Cleanup & closing
Take all unsold merchandise and large trash with you; leaving excessive garbage is charged at $30/week. You must be out by 5:00 PM when the gates lock — a $10 service charge applies after 5:00 PM, plus $10 for every half hour past 5:30 PM.
Good to know
If you stop selling during the year, please let us know as a courtesy. Management reserves the right to update these rules at any time and to refuse permission to sell to anyone. Questions or comments? Speak to the manager — we are here to help.
